Important: Follow-Up Policy
All tests and referrals ordered by Dr. Kaufmann require a follow-up appointment, either by phone or in person.
Please do not wait to be contacted.

If you have not heard from us, it is your responsibility to reach out to the clinic regarding your results.

No news does not mean good news - contacting the clinic is mandatory to ensure no results are overlooked.
Follow-up appointments are typically arranged at the same time you receive your requisition. After every consultation, all patients must check in with the front desk to schedule their next follow-up. This process helps protect both you and the clinic from errors or oversights.
Additionally, Dr. Kaufmann requests a phone appointment following every specialist or hospital visit, regardless of the reason. This also applies to any tests ordered by another physician.

Please book a telephone appointment ~3 weeks after your visit or test to review any concerns, results, or outstanding tasks.
