Are You Accepting New Patients?
Unfortunately, we are currently not accepting any new patients. This is subject to change however, and you are free to contact us anytime during office hours if you have any questions or concerns
Do You Accept Walk-in Patients?
We accept walk-ins ONLY for patients of Dr. Kaufmann during office hours Monday-Thursday. Please note that booked appointments will be prioritized. We encourage you to call before coming in to ensure we can accommodate you in a timely fashion.
Patients with urgent (non-emergency) medical concerns are encouraged to attend during walk-in hours.
What Are Your Clinic Hours?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM- 8:00 PM
Friday: Dermatology Referral Appointments Only
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Do You Renew Prescriptions Without an Appointment?
No. An appointment is required for all prescription refills. This may be by phone, or in person- depending on the discretion of Dr. Kaufmann. We do not respond to pharmacies faxing for prescription renewals- it is your responsibility to contact our office to arrange an appointment.
Do You Offer Appointments by Phone?
Yes- Dr. Kaufmann provides appointments by phone under specific circumstances. Depending on the nature of the concern, you may qualify for a phone appointment. This is available solely at the discretion of Dr. Kaufmann, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions, you may call during clinic hours or ask the receptionist when booking.
When Will Dr. Kaufmann Call Me?
Monday - Thursday: Typically 7:00PM - 10:00PM
Friday: Typically 3:00PM - 7:00PM
Saturday - Sunday: Missed calls from Friday
Due to the nature of our clinic environment and high volumes, we are unable to give exact times for phone appointments. Dr. Kaufmann will do his best to reach you ASAP, please be patient. If a couple days have passed, and you believe you've been missed, feel free to give us a call during clinic hours to reschedule!
